Clayton L. Robinson
Born Lorain, Ohio. Admitted to Ohio Bar, 1988; Kentucky Bar 1994; admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and Northern District of Ohio. Since 1988, Mr. Robinson's practice has focused on medical malpractice defense. With 86 medical malpractice jury trials, Mr. Robinson has won 79 of those trials. Five cases resulted in losses, including a plaintiffs' verdict with an award of one dollar. Two cases resulted in hung juries. A frequent speaker, both to medical and legal associations, Mr. Robinson co-authored a text on medical-legal issues in The Risk Management Handbook for Health Care Professionals, Parthenon Publishing Group (2002).

Mr. Robinson was named Attorney of the Month in July 2013 by Attorney at Law Magazine. He has been selected for inclusion in the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of The Best Lawyers in America as well as the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of Kentucky's Best Lawyers. Mr. Robinson was selected for membership as one of the "10 Best Attorneys" for Kentucky in 2017 by American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. He is designated one of Kentucky's Top Attorneys by Super Lawyers Magazine for the years 2011 through 2018. Mr. Robinson is A-V Rated Preeminent for 15 years by Martindale-Hubbell, highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards.

Adam W. Havens
Born Ashland, Kentucky. Admitted to Kentucky Bar, 2003. Preparatory education, University of Kentucky (B.B.A. 2000); Legal education, University of Kentucky (J.D. 2003). Adam is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Since 2005, Adam has focused his practice in the area of professional negligence defense with a concentration on defending physicians, hospitals and healthcare providers. Shannon Naish

Shannon Naish
Shannon M. Naish was born in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1997. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Washington. Shannon was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations. Since 2001, he has concentrated his practice in medical malpractice defense and professional malpractice defense. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Shannon has represented a diverse range of health care professionals, including dentists, physicians and nurses, before State Licensure Boards. His clients have also included the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.
